Jefolim Member Registration

I created this system to ease the registration process at Jesus Fountain of Life Church International. I created the system using HTML, CSS4, Bootstrap, jQuery and MySQL. The system can register new members and generate membership cards inclusive with a photo, register Pastors and generate their membership cards inclusive with a photo, create payment documents with saved accounts, and generate Form I Annual Returns documents.
